My mobile phone and tablet devices connect fine with no issues but my windows laptops lose Internet
I am experiencing the same issue with my setup which is very similar to op. My mobile phone and tablet devices connect fine with no issues but my windows laptops lose Internet on resuming from hibernation/standby and sometimes when I move to a new location. I have a feeling that is may be a windows 10 driver issue? I know windows 11 adds support for 6e but I would rather not upgrade at this point.
I am using cat6 to one satellite, about 40m away the other is WiFi back haul. In the UK I am using Vodafone 'gigafast' I replaced their cat5e cable from the modem to cat6. Experience no issues on wired connections and no lights on the rbr or rbs.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 📡Be sure your Adapter drivers are up to date.
What brand and model# is the WiFI adapter in the PC.
Windows 11 is more supportive of the WPA3 protocol is all...Window 10 supports 6E.
Sorry for delay in getting back but been a very busy month.
My RBR and RBS firmware versions are all v6.0.3.85_3.1.15 I have turned off one of the RBS as it is superfluous to my requirements right now. So one RBS is connected via a TP-Link TL-SG108-M2 8-Port 2.5G switch using 2x15m Cat6 cables.
I seem to lose wifi connectivity whenever I move my windows laptops around the house, still have issues after upgrading one machine to win11 but less often. My samsung s22 ultra though has zero issues and even when laptop has no internet issue I am able to use wifi on my phone. This suggests to me that it has nothing to do with my ISP modem but will check its model and get back on this thread when I can.
At this point I am close to RMA as I do not expect these issues from a ÂŁ1500 mesh system and my GF is very frustrated by it. Any suggestions on a fix would be appreciated.

If other devices work and the Windows laptops have problems, this would suggest that maybe this has nothing to do with the Orbi system and the laptops not roaming correctly.
Is the separate 6Ghz SSID broadcast enabled or disabled?
Be Patient?
I have to be patient many times each day as my router consistently drops internet for no apparent reason.
I have to be patient why I wait for my device to reconnect when I move around my home.
I have to be patient waiting for Netgear to get back to me on my support tickets, I expect they're waiting for my free support period to expire and extract more money from me.
Patience is wearing thin.

What NG does is beyond our control so we can only do so much here.
If your experiencing problems with your 9 series then I suggest you start a new forum post and let us try to help you solve what we can if possible. Not everyone is having problems. Give us some details and lets see if we can get your system working better.
