Netgear Orbi RBK 763S: Streaming video over wifi - occasional loss of video
I have an Orbi 763 system with 1 gb internet into the home. My cable tv provider requires decoder devices at each television which can connect via wifi or ethernet - no coax provision on the devices. I have 4 tv's in the house - three are direct connected via ethernet cable from the decoder device to the Orbi router and one is connected via wifi (no ethernet cable to that TV.) There are a total of 24 devices on the wifi network. We usually only stream to one TV at a time; the other devices are iphones, ipads, ring doorbells, etc. I get an occasional loss of signal or freezing of the picture at the TV which is connected via wifi and am wondering whether this might be because the network has too many devices or whether there might be some kind of software agent that is running in background on the network that is causing this? I can purchase MOCA adapters to convert the coax cable that runs to this problematic TV to allow ethernet over coax but would like to avoid the expense of the adapters and the additional system complexity. The streaming to the TV's which are currently connected via ethernet cable is solid - no issues.
Any suggestions? Would a newer wifi 7 system improve this (handle more devices ...)?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.Try disabling the following and see:

Firmware is 6.3.8.5_1.4.80
Modem is owned by me and registered with the ISP; model is a Netgear Nighthawk
Home is 5000 sq ft on two levels; router is on lower level on one end of home, satellite 1 is in middle of home on lower level (40+ feet from the router and in a different room) and satellite 2 is on the other end of the home from the router and on the upper level.
I will try turning off the services you suggested and see if that makes a difference (Armor is not active; unsure about the others.)
Thank you.

A pair of MoCA adapters costs under $100. I have used MoCA and it works great as long as there are none of the wrong type of splitters in the cable path.
This is a very powerful WiFi system with a huge internet connection. This load should be trivial. It might be worth taking a minute to double check which Orbi unit that television decoder has connected with. Sometimes when a mesh WiFi system boots up, the router signal appears first and 'dumb' WiFi devices connect to it and cease looking for a better signal that may be available when a closer satellite begins broadcasting. Perhaps simply rebooting the decoder would get it to change to a closer satellite.
