NETGEAR RBS750 connection to 2 satellites

This router and two satellites has been in use for just over a year. However, it is now not working properly. I can connect both satellites by ethernet but neither by wireless even when within a couple of meters. Have removed and added a few times but only works using ethernet.

Is this a known problem? Any suggestions?

    did you try factory resetting it? 

    what firmware is on the router and on the satellite? 

    what modem/gateway is the router connected to?

      Yes, I tried factory reset to no effect.

      For router:

      For Satellites: Hardware Version: RBS750 and Firmware Version: V4.6.3.16

        I'd upgrade the firmware to the newer one for both the router and the satellites. Make sure to upgrade the satellites first, then the router. Then give them a couple days and see if anything's connecting to the satellites.
