Orbi 850 Satellite (wireless) went offline and will not reconnect to Router
I have an ORBI RBK843S AX5700 purchased from Costco a few months. Installed with one wired satellite and one wireless. All was fine until the other night. The one wireless satellite went offline from the router and I cannot get it back online wirelessly. I have tried SYNC on the satellite then SYNC on the Router a number of times to no avail. It is not sitting 6 feet from the Router and it makes no difference. If I connect with ethernet cable it comes online just fine. How do I get this to come back online wirelessly?
I have checked my firmware and all 3 are running V4.6.7.13 which is the latest version according to the router.
Driving me crazy.
Help please!

did you try factory resetting the satellite? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
also, does it show in the primary router (not through the app) but through the browser? there should be a disconnect button you can hit through that method.
If that doesn't help, try factory resetting the whole system. Maybe the update (just released a couple days ago) caused issues with old settings.

One more data point. I had a mini-wifi AccessPoint plugged into the satellite because I needed to broadcast an SSID at 24GHz only for a wifi thermostat. It's default network was 192.168.10.1. I unplugged it and power cycled the satellite and it came up and connected wirelessly. Problem solved. The AP was, no doubt, acting as a DHCP server on both ethernet connections and the ORBI picked it up and ran with it, perhaps after a power glitch/reboot.
Glad it was a simple fix!
If you mark it solved, it helps keep others from trying to fix an already fixed issue.
Plus it might help others that run into similar issues!
Again glad it worked!
(someone might post after me about the importance of making backups) ;)
