Orbi app not showing satellites connected
My issue is simple: I have 1 Orbi as the router and 5 satellites. Everything is working, but I can't see any of the satellites in the Orbi app. I have tried finding them again, but they're not off the network, so it just reconnects.
The router is on firmware v7.2.8.8. Obviously, I can't see the satellite firmware versions at this point.
Any ideas what to do?

Please describe how the satellites are connected to the router.
- Are they using 'wireless' backhaul?
- Are they connected using an Ethernet switch?
- Is the router in the default 'router' mode or in access point 'AP' mode?
How does the Orbi web interface Attached Devices display the satellites?

- Yes, wireless backhaul.
- No they are using wireless backhaul
- The router is in default router mode.
Attached is the network map from the Orbi app. It shows all the satellites as offline, but they are all working.

Can you please post a screenshot of the web Attached Devices that shows the satellites?

If the web interface displays the IP address of each satellite, is it possible to use the IP address to log directly into satellites and see what firmware version is running on them?
