Orbi guest network RBR850 does not turn off

I turned on the guest network once when I had visitors and I thought I turned it off.  Now when I go in the settings, guest network is NOT enabled, but I still see the guest network when I look at the available Wi-Fi networks.

    After you disabled the GN on the RBRs web page and applied the change, did you do a reboot of the RBR?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Can we know what's security mode in guest network?

    Do you set guest network disable in App or Android/iOS App?

    Some (smartphone-) wifi scanners cache (stale) ESSIDs for a while, did you confirm that the guest network is really still on and operational?
