Orbi RBK852 unstable speeds
I've had my RBK852 setup for ~18 months running wifi from a google fiber router with 1 gig service. Speeds have been solid throughout the house with a ping of <5 ms and typical upload / download of 400-600 Mbps depending on location.
Beginning earlier this week the network has slowed dramatically and has complete drop-outs at times. Pings range as high as several hundred ms and speeds are <30 Mbps down and <10 up. I've tested at fiber modem as well as run speed tests through the orbi software and there is no deterioration in the internet speed or signal quality, still >1 gig. Have updated firmware, rebooted system and removed and reinstalled but same poor results each time. Final steps I've taken are validating basic settings such as WMM, etc. are set up correctly.
Any suggestions?

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

All has been normal until earlier this week. Have done multiple reboots following the steps outlined above and comes back with same 'lower' and 'unstable' speed each time. When wired to fiber modem, ping is 1 ms and speeds are >1 gig up and down.

What PING results do you see with a wired PC and Ooklas installable speed test app thru the RBR?
Still happen with RBS turned OFF as well?
IF you haven't changed anything then not sure if it's a Orbi issue.
