Something to contact Sirus and Russound Mfrs about to see if they have help and support information regarding there products.

Are these the only two items effected?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Any RBS deployed? If so, how many?

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

  • Thanks for the help. Here’s where I’m at… I can currently stream Tune In & Spotify radio, no longer SiriusXM. Have contacted both Sirius & Russound tier 3 tech support, no solutions. Have tried the following:

    • Factory reset Orbi Router and Russound Streamer
    • Rebooted several times
    • Tried both wired and WiFi
    • Tried DCHP & Static
    • Tried the following in the Router Admin page:
      • Different Internet IP addresses (Google & Cloud)
      • Disabled AX
      • Turned UPnP on/off
      • Tried using a static route to Sirius
    • Using Auto channel. Will give manual channels a try
    • Router firmware V7.2.7.15
    • GigaPoint Modem - GP1101X
    • 1 Satellite (RBS?) Same issue with Satellite power off

Something else to give a try, Test the SirusXM device on the RBRs IoT network then try the RBRs DMZ for the IP address of the SirusXM device as well.

Also try using some custom DNS like cloudfare or Quad9.

Also check to see if IPv6 is enabled or disabled. Try disabled.
