Orbi RBR750 Sattelites Offline After ISP switch
I switched to Fidium Fiber yesterday from Xfinity and since the switch the router is working fine but the satellites are detected but are offline. I’ve done hard restarts on the satellites as well as the router but I cannot get the satellites to be online and allow network traffic. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how to resolve it.

Is this same offline seen in the RBRs web page and Orbi app?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.- aarshareAspirantThat was the sequence I followed. Firmware on the router is 7.2.6.31
Firmware on the sattelites are 6.3.8.5
The ISP is an Adtran SDX632vAre the RBS 750 series model satellites? or 350 model series?
FW between the RBS and RBR is not on same level and the FW needs to be at same level.
