Orbi RBR750 Won’t Connect To Router
On my App, I show a notice that I am not connecting to the router. I’m on the same wifi, I’ve reboot the router, then did a full reboot with the modem and router as well. I cannot check for firmware updates because it cannot find the router.
At a loss on how else to fix this.
Reseting is my last thought, but I don’t want to have to go back and figure out and rename all connected devices again, as well as redo every parental setting.
Anyone else have a similar issue and was able to fix?

so if you're actually in the orbi ax forum, you'll see a notice at the top of a current issue with the app.

Some were able to fix it by factory resetting and reinstalling using the web browsers. Others have just decided to wait for the update to fix it. kind of up to you which route you go
