Orbi RBR750
Hello. I’m trying to ##Unregister a product. I have done it on the website but when it’s added to the Orbi app it says it is still registered. 🤷♂️🤦♂
I have the serial number and device info….

Did you remove it from the Orbi app?
Otherwise, you'll need to contact NG support.

Yes I did Unregister at the link.

So, this device previously was registered to your account, and now when you log into the My Netgear web site and display the products registered to you, this device no longer appears?
Just a bit puzzled. What would be the point of unregistering a device and then attempting to add it to the Orbi app?

Yes I unreegistered on the NETGEAR site per the Unregister instructions. The person I gave the RBR750 to is unable to register it for use with the app as it still shows as registered
Bugger. Might be time to delete the Orbi 'app' from every device it has been installed on.
