Orbi RBR850 2.4 Ghz Not Showing Up
I've looked to see how I can connect to the 2.4Ghz network when I'm connect my iPhone (by default I only see th 5 GHz). As others have mentioned, I too am I'm trying to connect to my outdoor wifi smart plug that only works on 2.4 Ghz. I know I have 2.4 Ghz enabled. All the posts say to go to the Orbi web interface and navigate to the Advanced Tab, Advanced Settings, Wireless Setting, then Uncheck the box "Broadcast SSID on 5G Channel. The problem is I follow these steps but do not see anything related to the Broadcast SSID on 5G Channel. Am I missing something? Thanks.
Update...I was able to connect the plugs to 2.4Ghz system without making any changes. Maybe the RB850 is already set for this. The 2.4Ghz option was given to me during the connection process.

What FW is loaded on the system?

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
