ORBI RBR850 Slow Speed Test on Computer vs Orbi Speed Test
I did a speed test on the orbilogin.net and the speeds come back at 551.67 Mbps Download and 22.30 Mbps Upload but when i got to speedtest.net on several computers it says.78.50 Mbps Download and 21.55 Mbps Upload. Same when I plug directly into the RBR850.
Why plugged in or over wifi am I not getting my speeds? I'm supposed to get 500 Mbps Download and 20 Mbps Upload.
I have charter and using the EU2251 modem. Charter has been out and said it's the router not the modem as it test at the speeds it should be.
Orbi System has the V4.6.14.3_2.3.12 Version Firmware.
Any help on why i'm not getting my speeds out of the router that's going into the router?

did you try a factory reset?
Also make sure qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls are all disabled.
What pc did you test the hardwired speeds on?
And the wireless? Also, were you connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz for the speedtest?
- I’ve not done a reset. I really didn’t want to if I didn’t have to. I’ve checked all traffic, parent and other controls. I’m on 5ghz. I tested it with a Dell Laptop and a Samsung Laptop…. Both windows. I hadn’t tried on my MacBook.
So you tried both laptops hardwired?
What site did you use?Did you try a simple reboot then?
