ORBI RBR850 Slow Upload
I have an Orbi RBR850 running Firmware Version: 4.6.9.11
I have fiber internet of 500/500. I have tested my speed directly from the NID and received 492/491. I have also tested it from NID>Switch and received 492/491. However, when I go from NID>Orbi I get 378/64 and that's via wired connection.
Is there a setting inside my Orbi that is throttling my Upload Speeds? NetGear Support is absolutely worthless and have been no help whatsoever. I'm about ready to put a managed switch in front of my Orbi and just call it a day since that seems to be the only way I can get the speeds I'm paying for.
Any ideas?

What speed do you get when doing the measurement from the Orbi app (or on the web GUI orbilogin.com)?
I get roughly the same speeds.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Is there a switch in between the ONT and RBR? Can you connect the RBR directly to the ONT?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
It's not the NID, it's not the cables...it's the Orbi. There is SOMETHING in the router throttling the Upload speed because when IT is removed from the equation everything works as it should. NetGear has yet to come up with a solution.
