Orbi RBS350 Continously Blinks White
After moving locations, one of my satellites stopped working and the Orbi app is unable to identify it.
I already tried doing a hard reset and its just continously blinks white.
The firmware version is also updated (V4.4.0.10)
I tried contacting support as the product is still under warranty. But my request was ignored and closed even after I provided sufficient details.
Has anybody faced any similar issues?
Is 3 meters enough distance? I've pressed on the sync button and its blinking white for quite a long time now

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

I literally placed the satellite almost right next to the router. The RBS does NOT appear in the RBRs web page at all.
Try at least 10 feet away from the RBR. Next to the RBR is too close.
Is a prior RBS entry on the RBRs web page exist or nothing is seen here?
Press the sync button on the RBS then on the RBR and let it sync.
