orbi router RBR750

I believe I have to do a hard reset on my device. My question is will I lose the ability to connect all of my other devices that have already been set up. Will I have to connect each device again one by one ? The reason why I have to do a reset is because I can not update the firmware. I am not able to get into the app to control any of the satellites. I never set up an admin password because this is just for home use. Somehow I need the admin password to get in. Security questions that I need to answer are not the correct ones. So what is the best advice to get this cleared up.  Thanks

    IF you factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch and use same SSID name and password for the wifi, your devices will auto re-connect.
