Orbi satellite refuse to connect
If stay in the satellite management web for long time(already log out, just not close the tab) Or if you log in serval times a day, and you may have the error “refuse to connect “ the only thing you can do is unplug and plug back the wire. And you can’t see the attached devices in the Orbi app(for this satellite) All WiFi and wired devices is fine. And I think the satellite is freezed (firmware issues) BTW satellite is wired directly to RBR.

What FW version are you using on the RBR and RBS?
Has a factory reset been performed since last update on the RBR and RBS and setup from scratch?
The RBS is connected to the back of the RBS or is there a LAN switch in between the RBR and RBS?
Ensure the LAN cable is of good quality between the RBR and RBS. CAT6 is recommended. Swap LAN cables to test.
Test the RBS near the RBR with a different cable as a test.
- All latest firmware(3.2.17.12), rbs850 connects wired directly to RBR850 (cat6) I have done all things you mentioned. It is a firmware issue.
Does the RBS connect wirelessly? I've not seen this with mine. I have two wire thru LAN switches.
