Orbi Satellite Status
My Orbi system with 3 satellites had been working fine for a while. Starting getting drops so I went to the app and rebooted the router.
Router rebooted but all of the satellites stayed purple. All are connected via wired backhaul. So after many, many attempts I got all 3 satellites to finally connect. A lot of restarting, unplugging, waiting, starting over.
So they finally connect. But then I go in to the web interface and I see this for the satellite connection info. 1 is connected to the Router and the other 2 are just blank. In the App it shows all three with a green line to the Router. Is something going on or is it just a bug?
Thanks in advance!

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Is there a LAN switch in between the RBR and RBS? If so, Brand and model please.

It’s all hooked up correctly. Before the reboot everything showed up fine.
Everything is wired backhaul and it’s all in the correct ports. Just trying to figure out why the satellites show wired, appear to be working, but in the web interface don’t show they are connected to the router.
