Orbi slow and now no internet after factory reset
I have an RB850 router which seemed to have slow throughput. Now it has none at all and says there is no internet.
I have checked/renewed cables, performed factory resets a few times.
Our speed ou of the wall is 900 Mbps, and when the router worked is gave only 90. Now it glows purple even straight after a reset. Any tips or insights to get things running again otherwise this is a lot of money down the drain. Thanks

1. what's it connected to "in the wall?" The orbi's tend to be sensitive to double nats
2. when you were getting 90mbps, did you pull up the wan/lan statistics to see if it was connected at gigabit speeds? or just 100mbps.
- CragsonAspirantHi. It is connected to an Interno XG6746 broadband switch. In the wall
Don’t know how to pull up the WAN/LAN stats. How do I do that?the inteno is more than just a "switch". Its a l2 managed switch. It puts you in a double nat if not setup properly. Might contact whomever gave you (isp/person) the switch to figure out how to put the netgear into the inteno's dmz. Or you can try the netgear in access point mode. to prevent the double nat.
here's how to check the connection link
