Orbi system appears to be rebooting every night around the same time

Question

Hello community.We are using the Netgear Orbi RBR750 system. Every night around the same time. ~11:35pm our system seems to reboot. All our devices lose WiFi connection. Looking at the LED’s on the router and satellites they’re blinking like they’re rebooting.Logs don’t show anything before that time, it shows it initialize, get internet connection and all devices reconnect and get IP addresses.I’ve reset modem and routerManually installed latest firmware from the netgear site v7.2.6.31.Factory reset router and all satellites and setup fresh not using a backup configuration and issue still persists.I’ve seen similar posts but based on the descriptions it’s the internet that’s going out, not the router rebooting itself, or WiFi disconnecting.Any additional suggestions would be very welcome.Thank you!

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?&nbsp;
I've seen where users connection to their ISP's lease time was only 24 hours and when the lease expired, it had to renew and caused the same issue.&nbsp;

Hey there! It’s a Netgear CM1100, no other gateway just straight to the modem.

Do you think a renewing lease can cause the WiFi to drop? Literally all our devices lose WiFi, cellphones go to cellular and Apple TV gives a notification that WiFi is disconnected. White blinking light on the router like it’s rebooting and the WiFi reconnects in a minute or so.

I can check with cox and see how long the IP lease is but this started happening like two weeks ago and it’s been setup the same way since we got the Orbi system in 2021.

I will try downgrading. I checked and it is a 24 hour lease. WiFi went out at 11, router stats show system uptime a minute after WiFi went out so it’s definitely rebooting. Ugh. Hopefully the downgrade helps!

Sadly it is still rebooting. Speaking to family members it's been happening multiple times a day but I just only noticed it at night. Perhaps it's a defective router I don't know at this point, but I'm buying a different router and hooking it up and will see what happens.

Does this happen with RBS turned OFF?&nbsp;
Does the front LED on the RBR and RBS turn PINK or blink WHITE when this happens?&nbsp;
Did you factory reset the system after downgrading back to v.21 and make sure you disabled the auto update function on the RBR?&nbsp;
