orbi wifi 6 rbk852 drops off frequently
My Orbi Wifi 6 AX6000 RBK852 system drops internet connection for about a minute or less about 5-10 times a day. It is not my modem (devices connected directly to that Wifi never lose signal. I have a brand new Non Managed Netgear switch (which works great with my OLD router) that is also not the problem. Netgear's tech support was not able to figure it out and actually swopped the device for a replacement (assuming it was a hardware issue) and the new one is doing exact same thing. I feel there must be a setting in the orbilogin.net configuration panel but not sure where to start. My ISP is Optimum with a Altice UBC1326 Modem. Does anyone have any suggestions before I sell this router on E-Bay, broadcast a terrible review on social media and just go my merry way???

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopWhat is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?
What kind of problem are you seeing with the Switch?

No progress so far.
I asked Optimum (my ISP) to switch me to bridge mode. They were unable to do so. They were also unable to turn off the WIFI radios on their modem.
I also tried to go into AP mode but did not have an internet connection at all when I did that.
I am starting to lose hope.
Thanks

ISP couldn't set bridge or disable wifi radios...you might ask for escalated suppport for help with there modem...or ask the ISP if there is a modem only option that you can used instead of this gateway modem you currently have.
