Orbi WiFi 6 with 4 satellites - flawless EXCEPT drops Zoom telephone calls from work to cell
I have the Orbi WiFi6 setup with 4 satellites. Armour enabled. Have pretty much had zero problems. When I started working for a while remotely, the office ZOOM phone system allows calls to my office number to be sent to my cellphone. Works fine for a few minutes. Then the caller can hear me but I cannot hear a thing they say. Happens every time without fail. Any idea what is the issue? When on someone else's WiFi network with non-Orbi router and sats no problems. Any help appreciated. Getting untenable and may need to try elsewhere for WiFi at home.

Does same thing happen with Armor disabled?
What is the size of the office building? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.- mgdurand1Luminary
Hi, and thanks for the response. I also thought it might be Armor. Armor played havoc with my internet connections on my home network a year or so ago. They finally fixed that. This started when our office system started with a ZOOM phone system. Can set it so that if out of the office any call to the office number rings on my cell. Works for all other people in the office, but for me when I answer it works for a minute or two and then as noted above I cannot hear them on my cell but they can hear me fine. Firmware is most current: V4.6.14.3_2.3.12 for my Orbi 6 system at the house. Office building size: don't know square footage, but takes up an entire floor. My coworkers without Orbi home networks have no issues, even those with the same iPhone I use (13 Pro).
Will need the feedback for the questions presented to better help you.
Might update FW as well since new FW is availalble for manual installation.
