Hello,

I am not really happy with the wifi speed. even so standing nearby the orb router the max I can get is around 750mbits.

I am running orbi in AP mode. When I locked into the orbiter router and enter wireless menu I recognized he states Enable AX - This WiFi mode will enable AX features so I assume AX mode is actually turned off. but there is now check box where I could enable AX mode. Just two check boxes to enable 2,4GHZ and 5 GHZ.

I am running on firmwareV4.6.3.16_2.0.51 - which should be the latest available I think.

    That would be around what you should be seeing with most 2x2 MIMO supporting devices. What I get with my iPhone 12 Max. 4x4 MIMO supporting devices will see near or over 900Mpbs depending.

      I am actually using a iPhone 12 Pro Max and I new MacBook Pro - so both are capable of 4x4.

      any idea about the missing enable ax mode checkbox ?

        I don't think the 12 is 4x4 supporting...only 2x2

         

        What connection rates are you seeing these devices connected at the RBR?
