Hi there! I have just gotten a Orbi RBK353, and got it up an running. The base unit is in my living room, one satellite is on the 1st floor, and one satellite is on the 2nd floor. Now, the 2nd satellite will always just go from flashing white into solid blue, then start flashing white again, go into blue, and so on. Anybody has any solution to this? Thanks!

Look at the host routers connected devices table. The RBR should be listed there with a IP address, use this IP address to access the RBR in AP mode.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

The modem from my provider (Vodafone) is labelled Arris Touchstone TG3442DE. I'd estimate the distance (beeline) between the router and the 1st floor RBS is about 12-15 feet, and the distance between the 1st floor RBS and the 2nd floor RBS is around 15 ft. Of course they're all separated by solid concrete walls. Thanks!

Concrete and steel will impact wifi signal and coverage. Not sure if the 3 series system will be good enough to work thru concrete. Also your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. I had Wifi disabled already as I have run an Amplifi HD system before. I asked Vodafone to set the modem to bridge mode, but they said it will take a week for the changes to take effect...? :smileyfrustrated: For now I've set the Orbi to AP mode instead of router.
