If installing a new Netgear Mesh WiFi system (AX3000 with RBK653 Router), with 2 satellites, is a physical connection required between service providers internet router ( Cat 5 Cable) and the netgear router. Is it possible for the Netgear Router to operate wirelessly with the service provider router? It might be nearly impossible to keep Netgear Router physically located closely to service providers router and still be able to get to satellites connected.
please advice. Thank you.

The router can be connected Only with an Ethernet connection.
Should point out that the ISP modem and the RBR650 must detect the connection to be Ethernet.
It could be a MoCA link, a Powerline link, or even a microwave link. As long as the router "sees" an Ethernet connection, it will be happy.
For the vast majority of customers, a physical Ethernet cable between ISP modem and Orbi router is the obvious connection.
