RBK852 Unable to connect to admin web/app

IF the web ui and orbi app are not getting connected, you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch.
Press the reset button in back of the RBS for 15 seconds then release then do same thing for the RBR. Give about 5 minutes for the RBS to auto connect to the RBRs default network before you start the setup routine.
Set up the system using a ethernet PC and web browser:

I'll give this a try in the weekend.
My experience with the backup and restore on this device and the RBK50 back in the days was that it's really not working well.
When restoring, the network always acted in weird ways that never happened when you did a factory reset and manually configured everything as before.
