RBR 750 and Ring Spotlight Pro Cam
Hello,
I'm having trouble connecting the Ring Spotlight Cam Pro to the WiFi.
Unfortunately, Ring Support couldn't help me and said I should send the cam back.
I also have a Ring Doorbell Pro in operation without any problems.
The problem is that it cannot be connected to the WiFi during installation and lights up red and blue alternately.
I've already tried to integrate it into the guest WLAN or IOT WLAN with 2.4 GHz only, but also without success.
The strange thing is, I actually see the cam online when I look in the device manager during installation in the Orbi app.
Do you have any idea what this could be?

I have not found the installation instructions (yet), but that red/blue blinking thing sound very much like the setup process is hung.

Yeah they say, that they support 2,4 an 5 GHz. But I searched a little bit in the internet and some meant, you should try the IOT WiFi with 2,4 ghz only.
Never had any problems with any devices to connect with my WiFi.The setup instructions do not mention red/blue blinking:
At which step in the setup does it fail?
