RBR 750 Problem
My Orbi RBR 750 Router is not connecting to my ISP modem. I've tried all of the troubleshooting methods without success. On the Orbi Iphone app I get an "orbi not found" message. I've tried a factory reset and reboot on the router and it has a solid white light. I connected to my ISP modem and the connection to the Orbi router fails the connection test. I see the ORBI93 wifi network on iphone and laptop but clearly an issue connecting that I can't fix.
Any suggestions appreciated!

Hello Community,
I have the exact same issue.
Installed firmware = NETGEAR Orbi 2.12.6.1824
Smartphone used = Google Pixel 5
There's no other ORBI network around.
I unactivated mobile data on the smartphone to be sure to used ONLY Orbi WiFi LAN connection.
Connection to web admin interface works just fine.
Any idea ? Thanks.
Kind regards,
Please make a new post in regards to what your having problems with.

Hello Cjlutz,
Thanks for the prompt feedback.
My ISP box (fiber). Orange Box.
The box has its own IP range.
The ORBI has another one.

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
