RBR 850 internet drop everyday. PLS HELP

Hi guys

 

hope someone can help please since I'm not super tech-savvy. I’ve been using NBN with More provider and just got myself an RBR850 along with a satellite. It’s been working fine for about two months with three phones, three laptops, and two cameras connected via Ethernet.

But now, one of my cameras stopped connecting, and then the other one followed suit. Plus, I've been losing internet almost daily for the past week. I reached out to my ISP, and they tried resetting everything multiple times, but the internet issues keep happening.

I came across some older threads mentioning that NBN and Netgear Orbi don’t play nice together, and I saw suggestions about downgrading the firmware. I’m currently on version 7.2.6.31. Could someone walk me through the steps to downgrade? Or do you think I should just get a new Wi-Fi modem?

        you should be able to log into the modem and get a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs
