RBR750 and RBS750, keeps disconnecting. Some devices is still connected, need reboot.

I have Orbi mesh RBR750 with RBS750, distance between these is 8 meter.

My devices are disconnected from my router. I live in an apartment of 80 sqm.
Sometimes I have 5 devices connected and sometimes I have 15, I sometimes have to restart my router 3-4 times before all devices are connected. Today I have restarted 7 times and still not all devices are connected, I have internet.

I have had this problem for a couple of months months, this is not okay.

I don't have any defualt name on my wifi, i have neighbors but this does not affect when i tested other router.

What can i do to fix this ? If it can't be fixed then i want to change router to something better that netgear have.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

      Firmwire : V4.6.3.7_2.0.49

      i don't know MFR model#

i have now tried to set different chanels for 2,4Ghz and same for 5Ghz.

I have a couple of neighbors, but if Orbi can't handle some neighbours then that router is not for me. I have tried other routers and they can handle that.

I did turn of those things.

Seems that these steps is allway asked to be done no matter the issue, but this did not help me.  any other things i can do or can i return my product ?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Ask the place of purchase about return policies.
