    This issue was resolved with factory reset which for some reason wasn't going through in my initial few attempts. Also with firmware update my routers pass through speed has increased 7-8x than earlier. Thank you.

Try a 30-30-30 reset on the RBR. IF this fails, unit maybe bad.
