What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How was the FW updated on the RBR?
Using default DHCP IP address pool range or custom? Try making the pool smaller, i.e. .100 to .200.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Yes, I have done a factory reset since update. This has been an issue before and after the most recent update. The update was done over the air when logged into the main router via web browser. I had to manually perform the update on the satellite router after the main router. They both now show the most up to date firmware. It has been a real cluster. Like I said, I am no tech guru, but it appears there is an issue with Orbi router. Wifi routers should be simple and not this much trouble. I have Comcast Xfinity for internet provider.
