I'd follow this and factory reset the system and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:

I had my 850 series online for over 30 days with this version of FW and saw no web UI access issues:

Because this has happened a few times, I decided to bite the bullet and go for a pair of Cudy WR3000S configured as "dumb" wired AP with openWRT
Maybe not as fancy, but for now doing the job. Fingers crossed!
