Ever since most recent firmware, my Telenor IPTV cuts out for a couple of seconds, every 10 minutes.Any known workaround?Anyone else in Norway experience the same?IGMP proxy is disabled.

Media converter is Alcatel-Lucent model I-010G-S ONT rev 1.1Powered it off for some minutes. Powered on and factory reset my Orbi RBR750Ran through the initial configuration and unticked "disable IGMP proxying".Same problem.All IPTV features work, but short signal drop every 10 minutes.

Rolled back to V4.6.5.14_2.0.54 and can confirm this firmware is working and stable.

Is this working on any version of FW in between v4.6.5x and v.4.6.x? Be advised do not downgraded FW on your system below v4.6.5x. May cause problems. I recommend you open up a support ticket with NG and let them know what your seeing and maybe also contact a forum moderator as well. Blanca_O KevinLiT

I’ll do some more thorough testing of all in-between versions before opening a support case.Household is getting a bit fed up of the constant up/down of tv & internet so I’ve “been told” to leave it as is for the rest of tonight!Thanks for your help!

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

  Orbi router is not connected to any ISP-provided hardware. Connected directly to Ethernet cable which goes to media converter then fibre.
  I have not tried a factory reset after the latest firmware, so will try that.

    What is the brand and model of the media converter? I would power OFF this converter and the Fiber box as well for 1 minute then back ON. Walk thru the setup wizard after you reset the RBR.
