RBR750 very slow WiFi on just one laptop
I recently fired Spectrum and hired ATT fiber. I struggled getting Orbi reset but seem to have everything worked out with Orbi router and satelite. But, I have just one device that won't connect correctly to Orbi. My wife and both have Dell Vostro laptops. Identicle configurations. Mine conneects fine to Orbi and achieves great speeds up and down. Hers struggles to connect properly to Orbi and even when it does gets terrible speeds. i.e. Even though the router is five feet from her laptop sometimes it will connect to the satellite 25 five away. Even though it should connect at 5g it most often connects at 2g. Forgetting the network doesn't help. Backlog is fine "good" on the satellite. Though her laptop shows four WiFi bars the Orbi app is saying she is only connect at one bar... Help?

My first step would be to test her laptop on a different WiFi network.

We can do that tomorrow at church.
Identical laptops may not actually be identical. There could be a loose wire in the antenna housing. Something wrong with the software. etc. etc. That is why verifying that it performs correctly in a different environment is essential. If the "problem" is the laptop, investigating the WiFi system cannot solve it. On the other hand, if the laptop works correctly on other WiFi systems, then (as Sherlock would say) "The Games Afoot!"
what driver is on each one?
if you have "Identical" laptops and one is having issues, it'd make me very suspicious of the one with issues.

They both have the same:
Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz
Driver Date: 3/9/2023
Driver Version: 22.200.2.1
I tried to run an update for Driver package 22.250.0.2 but it didn't take. (Probably because I am novice, novice, novice...)
