RBR840 keep dropping connecting

RBR840 Router and two satellites have all worked great for over a year using our old internet provider. Switched to Fiber internet, and now it won't stay connected. It works GREAT when working, but also keep dropping its connection several times each day!

I've spent a total of 4hrs and three phone calls into NETGEAR support troubleshooting the issue that have included all of the following steps:

Firmware updates on all three

Factory resets (three separate times)

wifi network settings changes.

three way call with our internet provider and confirmed the Modem is in BRIDGE mode and working as it should.

Upgraded to a CAT6 cable to and from Modem and Router

Plus changed around many of the settings within the ADMIN login...

nothing has been successful in solving the problem for more than 1 day, most recent drop was 30 minutes ago while wife and I were both on work calls at home.... SO frustrating and NETGEAR isn't being very helpful...

NEED HELP!! Thank you!!

Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK when this happens?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

If the system worked with the old ISP and not the new one, then something with the new ISP needs to be looked at on there side.

what actual gateway is it from your ISP?
Not all off them are decently designed since they're supplied to ISPs.

Sometimes the bridge mode option is best, others you leave the isp in router mode (disable its wifi) and put the netgeare in access point mode.
