For all RBRs normal default IP address of 192.168.1.1 will work to get it updated.
Can follow this proceedure here: Procedure to Manually Firmware Update Orbi and Nighthawk Mesh systems. | NETGEAR Communities

Hello Khol,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are using FW 192.168.10.250 to connect to your satellite. However, the IP address of 192.168.1.250 is needed to connect to your satellite.
Best,

Thanks all for the suggestions. Unfortunately, when I tried to update the firmware on the second RBR, for some reason the first RBR crashed. So everything is no longer working. I have had to purchase a new system.
appreciate all the help from the community. Much appreciated.
