RBR850 and RBS850 can not connect
Hi, Since 2022 using the RBR850 with 2 satellites working well and both using the latest firmware. I bought recently 3 extra satellites RBS850 to connect to existing network but i am unable to connect and satellites are not discoverable. The helpdesk from Netgear tells me to update the firmware on my recently purchased satellites but since i can not connect i do not know how. the Orbilogin.com website will not help since the new satellites are not visible. How do i get the new firmware on the extra satellites? i am lost!
If you type that ip address into the address bar, it'll take you to the log in page for the satellite.

You can connect to the satellites without connecting them to the main router.

How do i do this?
I do not see them in my orbilogin.com
If i connect it direct to the router i can see it but can not do anything?
Also the link you send me i understand but since it is not visible in that page i can not do anything
did you try updating the firmware with the satellite hardwired to the router?

Hardwired means a network cable from new satellite to router? i did this but than i can not do anything or at least i do not know how to do it.
sorry, your photos are to small to see anything.
If its wired in and you have an iP address, you can use that to log into the satellite directly and update it.
