RBR850 Out Of Sync after upgrade to Firmware 4.6.3.16
Hey everyone.
Could someone help me please?
I did an update to my Orbi RBR850 router to the latest firmware V4.6.3.16_2.0.51
Since doing this, the satellite in the bedroom is coming up with an "Out of sync" message on the main router page.
I have tried a re-sync but this has not worked.
When I re-boot the main router, it connects and says "Good" for about 5 minutes and then goes back to "Out of sync"
It is also reporting that no devices are connected to it which is not true as I have a full WI-FI signal when I am close to it and getting nearly 1gb speeds.
I have also done a factory re-set which has made no difference.
The other satellite in the office is wired and is reporting no issues at all.
Is this is firmware problem? Are support aware of it and is anyone else having similar issues?

What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBS? Be sure the RBS FW is updated to same version as RBR.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?
Current firmware version is V4.6.3.16 and is loaded on the router and all the satellites
The modem is a Virgin hub 4 , provider is Virgin
I have rebooted several times
What mode is your ISP modem working in? Router or Bridge mode?
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
