RBR850/RBS850 issues after upgrading to v4.6.7.13
Looking for assistance downgrading firmware to previous version.
Updating router and satellite to 4.6.7.13 has caused significant issues with frequent full network drops. Have gone through basic troubleshooting/testing,
-Restating all devices including modem
-Multiple factory resets including reboots in-between process
-Disabling Armor,Smart Parental Controls,Traffic
-With/without AX enabled
-Auto channels. Auto and 48 on 5Ghz
-Manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz
-Replaced system with old router and issues went away
Our network is borderline unusable now and we had zero issues with previous firmware. Would like to rollback asap as nothing tested so far has helped and this is making working from home all but impossible. Would prefer to be using our Orbi but may have to default to our older one if we can’t fix this tonight.
If anyone has step-by-step instructions for downgrading firmware it would be much appreciated.
Thanks

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Do you see problems with the RBS turned OFF and the RBR running alone?

RBS is 28’ from RBR. One floor up on opposite side of house. Blue connection prior to firmware update (still blue now) and no issue with RBS. Problem seems to be full outage as devices on both RBR and RBS lose connection.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz.
Running this on previous firmware and current firmware.
Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Tested for full day, no change.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Neighbors on both sides separated by approximately 2 acres each. No issues previously.
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Traffic Meter.
Have tested multiple versions including all off, no change.
Turn off AX for 2.4 CTS set to 2347.
Tested for full day. No change.- ENedoAspirantIssues occur both with the rbs in use and w/o
