RBS 750 cannot connect rbr750,,

Question

RBS keeps flashing white lightWhen I press sync between the satellite and the host, the light will turn purple~I have tried connecting the satellite and the host together using an ethernet cable with no successFirmware Version of the hostV7.2.6.31I don't know the satellite versionBecause it is impossible to use ip 192.168.1.250 to enter and viewI tried connecting the satellite to the computer and using TFTP to update manually but it was unsuccessful.This is my new RBK852plz help~thank you

Title says 750 while you mention 850?&nbsp;

Did the RBR set updated before the RBS did? If so, you may need to downgrade the RBR back to what had been loaded on it.&nbsp;

Download the FW file for the RBR from NG download site for the RBR750 and send it to the RBRs web page:

Try 192.168.10.250 on the RBS after waiting 5 minutes after you factory reset the RBS and don't sync it to the RBR.&nbsp;

Try one version back...
