RBS750 Satellite Green Power LED Light off

Hello,

 

One of my two RBS750 Satellites is completely dead.  The Green Power LED Light is off when plugged to different outlets and using the other power cord from the working Satellite.  Can this be repaired?

    NG seems to be pushing extra services. I won't recommend that at this point.

      Thank you for the prompt response.  Sorry,  should have stated that that both my product hardware warrantly and technical support expired.  I think this would mean an RMA ticket woudl not be an option.  What are my options other than RMA?  Doe this mean I have to buy a new unit? Thanks.
