RBS750 WONT CONNECT AT ALL
thuis device has worked fine for a year. I have done the amber reset a number of times. Pushed the sync button etc etc. Tried to ad it as a new satellite but nothing. It does not find the device. Think I may have to return it. Im in Portugal so warranty in Europe is 2 years. I cant see where to send it to. Can anyone help? It was unfortunately bought direct from Netgear . If I had bought it from a vendor I could take it to them

Can you ethernet connect it to the RBR and see if it gets an IP address from the RBR?
What FW version is loaded on the RBR?
You'll need to make contact with NG support if you can't get the RBS recovered:

This can be a faulty HW, but can also be an IP or radio issue. Can you please explain your setup. What ISP modem/roter are you using? Is Orbi in AP or Router Mode? Is this your only satellite? Is the router working well, taht is devices connecting to router are ok? ....
