Hello, Wondering if someone had resolved this same issue. I couldn't find an answer anywhere else. Bought the RBK852 back in Dec 2019 and both the router and satellite worked perfectly, until yesterday. For some reason the satellite stopped working, the LED color of the power light remains a solid amber and it will not reset to factory specs. Anyone else have and found a resolution to this?

What happens if you swap in the power adapter from the RBR temporarily? Possible the RBS is faulty and needs replacing if a reset or power adapter doesn't resolve...

What happens if you swap in the power adapter from the RBR temporarily?

Possible the RBS is faulty and needs replacing if a reset or power adapter doesn't resolve...

  Thanks for the reply and idea. Switched power adapter from the router to the satellite, but the power led remained solid amber. Left it that way for five minutes, thinking that maybe it would need to do stuff in the background or something; still amber. Got a paperclip and held the reset down for a minute, but that still didn't do anything.
  
  I guess if there is nothing else, i'll have to see about getting it replaced.

    Contact NG support for RMA options if you don't have place of purchase options.
