RBS850 wired backhaul out of sync and service unreachable

One of my RBS850 satellites is showing "out of sync" backhaul status. This status is the same whether connected wirelessly or hardwired (which is how I normally connect to the router). Other threads on this topic seem to have reached a resolution by upgrading the firmware or resetting the device. Unfortunately, I cannot update the firmware because I'm also getting "service unreachable" in the manual firmware update section of the web interface. To attempt to resolve this issue, I have so far:
- Factory reset the satellite on the back of the device

- Attempted to resync using the sync buttons and/or via the web interface

- Upgrading the firmware (successfully on the router and three other satellites, except the one satellite having the issue) to V4.6.14.3

I suspect the firmware of the satellite may be out of date, but I seem to lack the means to check the current version of the satellite's firmware, nor can I update it.

When I first sync the satellite from factory reset status, I can briefly get a "good" backhaul status, but not long enough to obtain the firmware version from the "firmware update" section of the router's web interface. It very quickly falls into "out of sync" status and stays that way.

How do I resolve this issue? With seemingly no means to update the firmware, there doesn't seem to be an easy fix.

Here are some screenshots of the issue.

Impossible to say for sure, but I doubt it is on the same version. One of the satellites was already on 4.6.14.3, but two of them needed to be updated. So my guess is that the unreachable one was not updated. I'm not even aware of a method to check the firmware version given the circumstances.

So the one RBS even connected to the back of the RBR wont get an IP address? If it does you could access it's web page there.

If not, try this, factory reset the RBS. Press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Connect one wired PC to the back of the RBS. Set a static IP address of 192.168.10.49 on the wired PCs networking adapter. Wait about 5 minutes. See if you can access the RBS web page at 192.168.10.250 in a web browser. Log in will be admin and password. If you can get in, you can manually download the FW file for the RBS directly. Have the file downloaded to the PC.
