I am having the same issue. I have an Orbi 960 router and one Satellite. Every so often, at least once or twice a day, the router reboots for no apparent reason (white blinking LED). Also, I have an older RBR50 setup up as an access point with 3 RBS50 satellites. I have tried resetting the router and satellite back to factory defaults and that didn’t help; as well as removing the access point. Just to make sure there wasn’t any interaction between the wasn't The router is about 15 feet away from the satellite and connected via WiFi back channel. My modem is a Netgear CM2000. Xfinity is my internet provider. Orbi router and satellite are both running 7.2.6.31 I’ve enabled the debug and I will attach the debug log. I

Your ISP has been under there own infrastructure changes over the past year or two and seems to be on going. Has effected many of there customers. So for now it's relegated to there lower speed tier and up to them to include it later on, or not. Otherwise, have the ISP check the signals and event lots on the modem to be sure. They could be making changes in your area. Hoping if you downgrade back to v.21, this will solve this issue for you.

Can you post the Event logs from the modem as well please. Other modem logs look good. No issues there. For that size of home, Just the RBR and one RBS is needed and I'd turn down the power on the RBR to 25%. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings Does the RBR do this if you turn OFF ALL RBS and also turn OFF the 50 series Orbi? What is the CAT# LAN cable in between the Modem and RBR? CAT6A STP is recommended. Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Event Log from ModemIssue still occurs after turning off the AP and its satellites.All cables are CAT7 STP Factory Reset was performed on 10/6/24 on both Router and Satellite. I will turn down the power setting to 25% as recommended.
