reset password I do not receive security questions

All is good I can log into my Wi-Fi to use it however if I want to login to the admin I cannot so I follow the directions and enter the serial number then click next but I'm not asked for security questions so I don't know what to do I thank you for your help

    Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Then using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.

        Will not show security questions after you finish typing the serial number, is it right ?

        What is the next screen after you finish typing the serial number ? can you share the screenshot ?
        What Firmware version do you use ?
        What's browser do you use ?

      Hi Im using 

      Orbi RBR 750

       

      I have the pass to join the network no problem. However the pass to view data on my iPhone won't work at all.
