Satellites and network switches not working on new Fibre Setup

Hi All,

I've recently switched from cable broadband (Virgin Media) to FTTP (Fibrehop UK) and I'm having problems getting the new connection to work with my RBK352 Router + Satellite.
My setup is as follows: -

  1. SFP to RJ45 convertor (supplied by ISP) to Orbi WAN -
  2. Orbi Advanced/Advanced Settings/VLAN Bridge Settings: Check Enable VLAN/Bridge Group, Enable By VLAN Tag Group. Add the new VLAN Tag Group entry using the VLAN tag required by my ISP (911). Priority set to 0. The entry shows as all Wired Ports and Wireless
  3. Orbi Advanced/Setup/Internet Setup: Connection Requires Login = Yes, ISP = PPPoE, Enter Login and Password for ISP

My internet works great and at full 1gbit up/down speeds if any of my devices are connected directly to the RBK352 Router, the internet does not work when connected to either the satellite (which says it is fully connected to the router) or any of my switches that are connected to the router.
I've had to default to the supplied Technicolor router for the time being, which works fine with my switches, but obviously there is no mesh.

so it works connected to the router? Just the satellites aren't working?

What switch are they running through?

The satellites and my other network switches connected to the router. (they all worked fine with my previous ISP)
