Sattelite keeps dropping

I recently installed a mesh system with 1 RBR750 and 2 RBS350s.  The Base and one of the Satellites work great.  The 2nd Satellite won't maintain a connection (it connects, then drops, then connects again) throughout the day.

I have a 2 story house with a basement.  The Router is in the Basement high on the wall.  The satellite that works is on the 2nd floor.  The one that keeps connecting/disconnecting is on the first floor (almost in a direct line between the base and the 2nd floor Sat).  I've moved the 1st floor Sat around to different locations and location doesn't change the connecting and disconnecting.  I am using the IOT since I have Blink Cameras that require 2.4 GHZ so I set that up to only support 2.4 GHz

.  I've tried switching the  1st and 2nd floor Sats and and its always the satellite on the first floor that has issues (so doesn't seem to be related to the actual device).

.  I have the latest firm ware (7.2.6.31 on the router and 4.6.14.3 on the Sats).

.  I've tried changing the Ghz for the 5G from 48, to 44 and 36 - doesn't seem to make any difference.

Any other suggestions?  I'm fundamentally trying to get my Blink Cameras in the Garage to work but with the 1 Sat connecting/disconnecting I don't get a stable network.
