Typo error. It should be "Schedule is not function under security section into advance tab".And specific device IP address is reserved to be.

And what's setting do you use in schedules function ?

    Do you try to set "Block Sites"/ "Block Services" and choose "Per schedules" ?
    
    You need to set "Block Sites"/ "Block Services" and "schedules", and then it should work.
